The “Margaritaville” singer’s estate has sold his luxury Florida estate for $6.9 million.
The late Jimmy Buffett, who owned the Margaritaville restaurant chain, had listed his three-bedroom home for $7.6 million, according to Mansion Global.
The 4,783 square foot spread was built in 2003 and has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms.
The spacious home also has “soaring ceilings,” mahogany glass doors and large windows, the property listing says.
Buffett also had homes in the Caribbean Island of St. Barts and Beverly Hills, according to Variety.
